The Trishuli River is Nepal’s most popular rafting destination and is ideal for first-time rafters. It offers fun, continuous rapids combined with calm stretches, scenic valleys, and easy road access from Kathmandu and Pokhara. Perfect for short trips and families.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1

Early morning drive from Kathmandu or Pokhara to the rafting put-in point. Upon arrival, receive a safety briefing and paddling instructions from professional river guides.

Begin rafting through fun Class II–III rapids, balanced with calm stretches ideal for relaxation. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of river valleys, lush hills, and local villages.

Stop for a riverside lunch, then continue rafting to the take-out point. At the end of the trip, drive back to Kathmandu or Pokhara, completing an enjoyable day on the river.
